Hello everyone my name is Stef, and we are going to make some english breakfast today!! But we start of by buying some stuff at the store. So lets get some food. First we need 6 pork and leek sausages. Then we get 4 field mushrooms but they need to be wiped and we need to buy 2 small tomatoes scored on top. We also buy 250 gram smokes and dried cured back bacon. Then we get 170 gram of baked beans and 2 knobs of butter. Then we get 6 free-range eggs, later we crack them into a bowl, and we need beaten sea salt. We also need freshly ground black pepper. At last we need half a loaf thick-sliced bread to toast. Now we have all the ingredients we are going to start cook some english breakfast!

Hello people! My name is Lucas and first we are going to cook some sausages. We also put the tomatoes and the mushrooms in the pan. we cook it around 10 minutes and we turn the sausages once or twice. Add the bacon and the black pudding to the pan and grill for 5 minutes. Turn halfway cooking until they are crispy. Put the baked beans in a saucepan and warm up gently for 2 to 3 minutes and stir occasionally

Hello Lady’s and gentleman my name is Bram. First you want to put 1 knob of butter, in a non-stick saucepan. you place the non-stick saucepan over a low heat, that will make the butter melt. Than what you need to do is add the eggs. season it for taste, and stir gently until scrambled.Than remove it from the heat. put the bread in the toaster, and place the sausages, mushrooms and tomatoes with bacon, black pudding and beans on the warm plates. when the toast is done you need to put butter on it. then put a slice on each plate, and lay the scrambled eggs on top of the toast. than serve it with ketchup and tea.

well i hope that you now know how to make it

And enjoy your english breakfast.

See you all next time.

Recipe:

Ingredients

  • 6 higher-welfare pork and leek sausages

  • 4 field mushrooms, wiped

  • 2 small tomatoes, scored on top

  • 250 g higher-welfare smoked dry cured back bacon

  • 170 g black pudding, sliced

  • 420 g baked beans

  • 2 knobs butter

  • 6 free-range eggs, cracked into a bowl and beaten

  • sea salt

  • freshly ground black pepper

  • ½ loaf thick-sliced bread, for toasting

Method

Preheat the grill to high. Set the oven to its lowest heat and pop 2 plates in it to keep warm. Put the sausages, mushrooms and tomatoes, scored-side up, on to a large grill pan and place under the grill, about 5cm from the heat. Cook for about 10 minutes, turning the sausages once or twice.

Add the bacon and black pudding to the pan and grill for 5 minutes, turning halfway through cooking, until they are cooked and crispy. Put the baked beans in a saucepan and warm gently for 2 to 3 minutes, stirring occasionally.

Place a non-stick saucepan over a low heat. Melt 1 knob of butter in the pan, add the eggs, season to taste and stir gently until just scrambled. Remove from the heat. Put the bread in the toaster, and arrange the sausages, mushrooms and tomatoes with the bacon, black pudding and beans on the warm plates. When the toast pops up, butter it, then put a slice on each plate and top with scrambled egg. Serve with HP sauce or tomato ketchup on the side, and a pot of tea.
